New Years Eve Wedding

We were looking back through our favourite moments of 2017 and couldn’t believe we hadn’t posted yet about the fabulous New Years Eve Wedding we catered for! Michelle and Matt were lucky enough to host their wedding in the beautiful Church within The Museum of The Order of St John in Clerkenwell. The historic venue provided a rich and warm setting for the festive celebrations, so we had to design a seasonal menu to compliment the atmosphere. A winning classic dish of Caramelised Fig and Goats Cheese Salad with Rocket, Pine nuts and Balsamic Glaze was served for starter, followed by a mouthwatering Beef Bourguignon with Dauphinoise Potatoes for Main Course. The couple couldn’t decide on dessert so went for two very classic options from our menus. Guests had a choice of Chocolate and Almond Torte or Tarte au Citron. After the wedding breakfast, the wedding party hurled themselves onto the dance floor and enthusiastically showed off their best Ceilidh dancing moves!
